- A teams call to discuss initial CG needs at a time convenient for you

- All clinical governance material and arrangements put in place for you with a physical folder in place ready for inspection 

- A site visit to train colleagues on the Clinical Governance folder and arrangements.
 

 

All GDPR and IG related activity is handled for you without you having to worry.

 

We will include:

- A teams call to discuss initial IG needs at a time convenient for you

​- Submission of Data Security and Protection Toolkit on your behalf

- Setting up IG folder with training provided to staff via a day visit to the branch

- Setting up GDPR workbook and reviewing with the team

 

Mock inspections  to ensure that all processes are in places to pass your inspection as per the GPhC inspection model.

We will make a whole day site visit, and implement any issues that can be corrected on the day.

We will provide full guidance to colleagues to ensure that any gaps in learning are identified.

Managing and setting in place sickness absence policies, dealing with absence, heath and safety, staff reprofiling, redundancy discussions, setting development and improvement plans all are important parts of the staffing journey.
